These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://www.mobileapi.dev (the “Website”) and any related products and services provided by MobileAPI.dev, including the MobileAPI.dev application programming interfaces, documentation, dashboards, datasets, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

We, MobileAPI.dev (“MobileAPI.dev”, “we”, “us”, “our”), reserve the right to review and amend these Terms at our sole discretion. We will update this page and the “Last updated” date. Changes take effect upon publication, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms were last updated on October 11, 2025.

-
If you require expanded caching or retention (e.g., offline sync, analytics, bulk storage), you must obtain written permission from us (e.g., an enterprise addendum).

5) Intellectual Property and Database Rights
The Services, API, Website, documentation, and all Content are owned by or licensed to MobileAPI.dev and are protected by copyright, trademark, database rights, and other applicable laws.
Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, nothing in these Terms transfers to you any ownership rights in the Services or Content.
You must not remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, copyright notices, or attribution marks included in the Services or Content.
6) Images and Third-Party Content
You must ensure that all use of the Services under your account or API Keys complies with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of API Keys and for all activity under your account.
7) Monitoring, Compliance, and Audit
We may monitor and analyze usage of the Services to:
• operate and secure the Services,
• enforce these Terms,
• prevent fraud, abuse, scraping, or misuse,
• ensure compliance with plan limits.
If we reasonably suspect a breach, you agree to:
• promptly provide information reasonably necessary to verify compliance (e.g., where and how Content is stored/used),
• cooperate in good faith with investigations,
• remediate breaches (including deleting stored Content) as directed.
8) Suspension and Termination (Stronger)
We may immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Services (including disabling API Keys) without liability if we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that:
• you breached these Terms (including the restrictions on scraping, caching, mirroring, or resale),
• your use threatens the security, stability, or integrity of the Services,
• you attempt to circumvent limits or enforcement,
• your payment is overdue (if applicable),
• we are required to do so by law.
Upon termination or suspension, you must:
• immediately stop using the Services and API,
• delete all stored Content obtained from the Services (including any cached copies) unless we expressly authorize retention in writing,
• certify deletion upon request.
9) Consequences of Breach and Remedies
You acknowledge that unauthorized copying, scraping, bulk extraction, mirroring, or redistribution of Content can cause irreparable harm. We may seek injunctive relief and any other remedies available at law or equity.
Where you breach these Terms, we may also:
• revoke access and API Keys,
• block IPs / fingerprints / associated accounts,
• pursue recovery of losses, damages, and enforcement costs (including reasonable legal fees where permitted),
• issue takedown requests to hosting providers, platforms, or registrars where Content is being redistributed unlawfully.
10) User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to us for publication on our website. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly display, translate, and create derivative works of your content consistent with your privacy preferences and our Privacy Policy.
This license may be terminated by deleting your content or account, except where your content has been used in commercial or sponsored material, in which case the license continues until that material is discontinued.
11) Accuracy, Availability, and Service Changes
The Services and Content are provided for informational purposes and may change over time. We do not guarantee that any Content will be accurate, complete, up-to-date, or available for any particular device at any time.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time.
12) Liability
The Website, Services, and Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, MobileAPI.dev disclaims all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, MobileAPI.dev and its suppliers shall not be liable for any consequential loss suffered or incurred by you or any third party arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
“Consequential loss” includes indirect loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunity, savings, reputation, use, and/or loss or corruption of data, whether under statute, contract, equity, tort (including negligence), indemnity, or otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.
13) Links
MobileAPI.dev is not responsible for the contents of any linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement. Use of linked sites is at your own risk.
14) Severance
If any term is wholly or partially void or unenforceable, it is severed to the extent necessary. The remainder remains valid.
15) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
